Dakota County GIS has an awesome collection of aerial photos, many of which go well into Rice County. This is one of the most incredible differences — the Water Street/Highway 3 area of town. Note the complete destruction of the west half of Water St, the significant narrowing of the railroad, and the narrowing of the river between ‘51 and ‘64.
